Unless your 5th wheel has a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder or Revolution or the Lippert Turning Point, or the front of the 5th wheel has been specifically designed with dished in or concave front corners so that they won't strike the rear of the cab during turns, you'll need to use a sliding version of the B&W Companion.

The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6333 is designed to attach to your puck system then allow you to add your fifth wheel directly to it.
